Position: Bakery Production Manager


As we expand to more locations we're seeking an individual to manage our production team who is looking for an opportunity to truly grow within a company.  High-volume production baking experience and is a must.

General Duties
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
Minimizing costs through reducing waste and managing production hours
Responsible for maintaining inventory of baked goods and supplies needed for production
Organize and implement baking schedule
Ensuring quality control for all products.
Ordering and maintaining all bakery supplies
Responsible for maintaining safe working environment and implementing safe work practices
Ensuring that the kitchen is clean, neat, and organized
 Ensure that kitchen and staff are abiding by health codes

Qualifications
2 + years of pastry production experience
Hardworking, efficient, detail-oriented, willing to learn specialty baking (will train). 
Able to lift 50 lbs

Required license or certification: Culinary Arts
